Inside

• Bedrooms: One spacious double, one twin and one single room, all with uninterrupted country views. Tea and coffee making facilities in each room.

• For relaxation: Get cosy by the log fire in the sitting room, a space that is light-filled and has direct access to the garden.
• For recreation: Take a circular walk through the woods and explore the grounds in search of badgers, herons, ducks, geese, moorhens, deer, pheasants, barn owls and woodpeckers.

Outside

Extensive and stunning grounds – gardens, woods, fields, lakes and streams – that are home to a huge array of wildlife including red and roe deer, ducks, moorhens and kingfishers. The family also owns horses, dogs, cats and hens. Seasonal farm activity includes haymaking, animal husbandry and timber collection. There is also heated outdoor swimming pool for use from May to September.

• On the map: The property is situated just 6 miles from South Molten and 9 miles from Braunton.
• By car: Situated about 1-1.5 hours by car (45 miles) from Exeter airport, about 2 hours from Bristol airport and about 4 hours from London Heathrow
• By train: The closest station is Umberleigh, just a mile from the property and a stopping point for the famous Tarka Railway Line between Barnstaple and Exeter.
• Helipad: No, but helicopter landing can be arranged with advance warning.

• Explore the local village of Chilttlehampton with its thatched cottages, fine English village square and great spired Church.
• Explore Exmoor, just half an hour away by car.
• Explore the most complete old English Devon village of Chumleigh, about 12 miles away.
• Horse riding can also be arranged in Chumleigh.
• There is number of stately homes and RHS gardens – including the famous Rosemoor – to visit nearby.
